Levels of Affiliate Sponsorship
Customized Sponsorship
Donate Life NYS offers customized sponsorships designed to provide companies, organizations, individuals, and families with multiple, prominent points of visibility including promotional branding, print advertising, and networking opportunities with leaders in the donation community. Benefits may include:
- Recognition and greater public visibility through Donate Life NYS’ communications.
- Increased exposure to high-level decisionmakers and leaders from organ procurement organizations, eye and tissue banks, and other leaders from across New York State.
- Designation as one of a limited number of corporate supporters at the “table” with statewide leaders representing organ, eye, and tissue transplantation across the state.
- Frequent networking opportunities and access to donation and transplantation leaders at Donate Life NYS events and activities.

Corporate Membership
A select number of opportunities exist for organizations committed to furthering Donate Life NYS’ mission to increase organ, eye, and tissue donation in New York to serve in a leadership position with voting rights within the organization. The Corporate Membership sets the strategic goals and vision for the organization and approves the Board of Directors and officers. Corporate Membership includes all benefits of Legend-level supporters. The support level for Corporate Members is determined on an individual basis.
