Headquartered near Denver, Colorado, AlloSource is one of the largest human tissue providers, honoring tissue donors by creating innovative skin, cartilage, tendon, fascia, bone, amnion, and living cellular allografts to help surgeons heal patients.

Center for Donation & Transplant is the federally designated organ procurement organization, serving upstate New York and western Vermont, and empowering the community to restore the health of those needing an organ or tissue transplant through excellence of service, education and advocacy of organ and tissue donation.

The Eye-Bank for Sight Restoration is the world’s first eye bank. Established in New York City in 1944, it is a private, not-for-profit organization devoted to restoring sight through eye donations and cornea transplants, as well as providing ocular tissue for research into treatment and cures for other eye diseases.

Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network is the federally designated organ procurement organization serving New York State’s Finger Lakes, Central and Upstate regions, working closely with the region’s hospitals to ensure that the organ donor decisions of area residents, in consultation with their families, are carried out at the time of death.

Lions Eye Bank of the Northeast consists of two locations in Albany and Rochester that recover, process, and distribute corneal tissue for sight-restoring surgeries. The eye banks are dedicated to providing ocular tissue for transplantation, medical education and research.
